Before you reach out

Does Cyphelink make clinical decisions?
No. Cyphelink is an administrative workflow tool. It reads referral documents, extracts the relevant information, and sorts the queue. Your triage staff and physicians make every clinical decision. A provider's urgent label is never silently downgraded by the system.
How is patient data protected?
Everything runs on AWS under a Business Associate Agreement: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, private networking, mandatory MFA, and an append-only audit trail with six-year retention. The AI processing happens inside the same covered environment. PHI never leaves it.
Do we need to integrate with our EHR first?
No. Clinics start with secure PDF upload and get a triaged queue the same day. Direct fax ingestion and EHR integration are on the roadmap and roll out without disrupting your existing workflow.
Which specialties do you support?
Our first deployment is in ENT, with urgency criteria defined alongside practicing ENT clinicians. The same approach extends to cardiology, orthopedics, neurology, and other referral-heavy specialties. If that's you, we'd especially like to talk.
